2. Counter-Notification

If you receive a notice of copyright infringement and believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material in question, you may provide us with a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, email address, and telephone number.

3. Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. If you believe that a user of the Site is a repeat infringer, please follow the notification process outlined above and provide sufficient information for us to verify the user’s repeat infringer status.

4. Removal of Infringing Material

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notification, we will take prompt action to remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the alleged infringer. We may also, in appropriate cases, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Changes to this DMCA Policy
