DMCA Policy

At Becoming YOU Transformation (trading as Becoming YOU Inc.) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (âDMCAâ) of the United States, we have adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement, although we are based in South Africa.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by submitting a written DMCA notice including the following:
1. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
To file a valid copyright complaint, your notice must include:

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by providing a written communication that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature;

Identification of the content that has been removed and its location prior to removal;

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification;

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court (if youâre outside the U.S., this is required under DMCA), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers.
5. Disclaimer
While we are based in South Africa and are not legally required to comply with the DMCA, we choose to honor takedown requests that are submitted in accordance with the DMCA for the benefit of our global community and compliance with service providers.
